Cancellation Policy

1. By the Customer
You can cancel your booking by replying to our WhatsApp confirmation message or by calling us. Refunds follow the timeline in our Refund Policy:
- 48+ hours before event: 100% refund
- 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before event: no refund
2. Rescheduling
We allow one free reschedule per booking, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Subsequent reschedules may attract a small admin fee.
3. By Us
In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will offer:
- A free rebooking on another date, OR
- A full refund
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest or pandemics. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule on a priority basis.
