1. Service Area
We currently provide balloon decoration services across India. Same-day delivery is available in select cities; please check with us on WhatsApp for your specific location.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Bouquets and small decor: same-day delivery if booked before 2:00 PM.
- Full room setups: typically scheduled for a 2-hour window on the event day.
- Weddings and large corporate events: usually set up 3-4 hours before the event start time.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery is free within city limits for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999 or for outlying areas, a nominal delivery fee may apply and will be communicated before booking.
4. Tracking
Once your booking is confirmed we will share the decorator's contact details and arrival window on WhatsApp so you can track them in real time.
5. Failed Deliveries
If our team is unable to reach you at the agreed time due to incorrect address or unavailability of a recipient, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the venue to receive the setup.
